At AscendGoalkeeping Academy (“AscendGK”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our goalkeeping training services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are accepted. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refunds for Training Sessions

1.1 Cancellation by Client

  • If you need to cancel your booked goalkeeping session, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund, but we may offer a rescheduled session at our discretion.

1.2 Cancellation by Ascend Goalkeeping Academy

  • In the event that Ascend Goalkeeping Academy needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, coach unavailability), we will offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund.

1.3 No-Shows

  • If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds for Products

2.1 Return Policy for Physical Products

If you purchase any physical products (such as apparel or training equipment) from Ascend Goalkeeping Academy, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeframe: You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, upon confirmation of the defect.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Any digital products (e.g., downloadable training guides, videos) are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Gift cards or promotional items are non-refundable.

  • Certain sale items may also be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, cancellation, or reschedule:

  1. Email us at ascendgoalkeepingacademy@gmail.com with your order or booking details.

  2. For physical product returns, include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. For session cancellations, indicate your preferred new session time (if applicable).

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request or returned item.

 

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
